mCase Product Overview

We have developed mCase as a purpose-built case management solution platform to the needs of government agencies, flexibly configured to the needs of your agency-specific requirements,  implemented at the lowest possible cost and in the shortest possible timeframe.

The mCase software solution platform is a highly configurable, low code application that uses standard web services APIs to integrate with legacy and/or third-party systems to seamlessly retrieve, consume, and send information. The mCase application provides device-agnostic access via standard issued laptops, desktops and mobile devices in online or offline mode with synchronization to one or more systems of record. mCase enables secure access via standard web browsers and includes dynamic workflows to support business practices between government agencies and their community partners. RedMane provides application hosting, initial setup, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and operational support for mCase to ensure your agency’s case management needs are met.

Warranties

1. RedMane’s Warranties. RedMane represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws in the performance of its obligations and performance of subscription services and the mCase Product will substantially perform in accordance with its documentation.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECFIED HEREIN, REDMANE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS RELATIVE TO THE MCASE PRODUCT, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE. 

Termination & Return Policy

RedMane may terminate the subscription service (i) for unauthorized use of mCase by customer or its users if such unauthorized use is not cured within seven (7) business days of RedMane’s written notice to customer detailing such unauthorized use; (ii) for non-payment of any amounts owed to RedMane if such non-payment remains uncured for greater than thirty (30) days following RedMane’s written payment request.

Either party may terminate the subscription service if the other party has breached its obligations and failed to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice from the non-breaching party.

Upon termination by RedMane, all licenses granted and subscription services provided by RedMane shall cease and customer and its users shall immediately stop all access to and use of the mCase Product. 

No refunds or returns of mCase licenses or license fees are permitted.
