Cheryl Hartshorne, Human Services Center of Excellence Leader, RedMane General Manager
Cheryl is an experienced human service leader and child welfare expert who has served in governments and in private sector for over 28 years. She is passionate about supporting organizations to serve Children and Families in the most effective way possible. Cheryl currently leads the Center of Excellence professionals who provide human service program expertise, training education, workforce readiness, and organizational change management services to support transformational technology implementations.
Charlie Case, Core Technology, LLC, CEO
Charlie serves as the CEO of CORE Technology, LLC, providing IT project management, strategic planning, procurement, security, policy development, training, and vendor management to deliver innovative solutions to state and private agency clients. Charlie played a pivotal role in recommending and implementing technology strategies to support the Mississippi Secretary of State’s mission and currently serves as the State of Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services (MDCPS) Pathways Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) Program Manager leading the CCWIS implementation.
Robert K. Anderson, Retired State of Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), Adult Protective Services (APS) Program Director
Robert served in multiple leadership roles during his 35-year tenure at FL DCF including leading the FL APS Program, Assistant Secretary for Operations, Office of Child Welfare Community-Based Care team, DCF Florida Abuse Hotline, State Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental Health Program Office, Children’s Mental Health Unit, and served as the Florida Child and Adolescent Services System (CASSP) Director. A former president of the National Adult Protective Services Association (NAPSA), Robert is recently retired and currently provides advisory services to APS programs nationally in service delivery model best practices, community stakeholder engagement, technology implementations, and data driven outcomes.
Nicole Fuller, Center of Excellence, RedMane Human Service Leader
Nicole is a national child welfare expert who has a proven track record in delivering large child welfare technology transformations to state governments. Starting her career as a practicing child welfare social worker to dedicating the last 26 years as a systems integrator professional leading large teams to solve complex technology, process, operational, workforce adoption, and federal SACWIS/CCWIS compliance readiness to public and private organizations. Before joining RedMane, Nicole served as a contractor on the Administration for Children & Families (ACF), Children’s Bureau, (CB) State Systems Team supporting states CCWIS planning, implementation, and compliance activities. At RedMane, Nicole currently serves as the Project Executive leading human service implementations, drives strategic and thought leadership initiatives for RedMane’s executive team, supports national sales team, and advises clients on compliance readiness.
Daphne Williams, Center of Excellence, RedMane Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader
Daphne serves as RedMane’s OCM Practice Lead advising human services clients on organizational readiness and change planning. She has experience in facilitating transformative organizational change across various sectors. Prior to joining RedMane, she was the COO at a workforce development non-profit in Chicago, where she spearheaded, designed, and co-created change initiatives, including the organization’s transition to an HRIS platform. Daphne is Prosci certified, holds a graduate certificate in designing organizational effectiveness, and is trained in design thinking and human-centered design methods.
