When integrations are too complex for others, we shine. For the Commonwealth of Virginia, we implemented a mobile solution supporting thousands of case workers. We integrated that solution with Virginia’s legacy child welfare system, developed in the 1990’s. Multiple integration points, bi-directional interfaces, and the ability for the mobile solution to work offline were all part of this successful implementation.
