Sue Desilets, Child Welfare Social Worker and Business Analyst, Joins RedMane Technology
Sue Desilets, a veteran social worker and business analyst, has joined RedMane Technology. She will help RedMane clients transform their human services operations and modernize their technology to better strengthen families and protect children.
Sue brings over 30 years of health and human services experience. She started her career as a counselor helping those impacted by addiction, family violence, and psychiatric illnesses. She then worked as an child protection social worker, responding to crisis situations.
More recently, Sue has focused on programs ranging from prevention to placements, with a special emphasis on Foster care and Kinship care. She also has extensive experience working with Indigenous communities.
Sue has significant knowledge in the successful implementation of child welfare systems. She has hands-on experience in analysis, testing, training, procedure development, support, and process optimization.

Sue is registered social worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers. She is based in RedMane’s Canada office.
