Press Release: RedMane Technology Wins Contract for a Human Services Case Management Solution for Longmont, Colorado
CHICAGO, IL – RedMane Technology LLC, a Chicago-based software solutions and systems integration services company, was awarded a contract to provide and implement its mCase platform for the City of Longmont, Colorado’s Senior Services and Children, Youth and Family departments.
The company won this contract by offering mCase, its modern, mobile, and cloud-based platform, to manage Longmont’s programs ranging from family support and youth development to counseling and emotional support services for senior citizens.
RedMane’s solution will enable caseworkers to accommodate multiple client groups with differing data requirements, provide effective separation between the groups, and facilitate department-specific intake forms, performance measures and reporting needs. Additionally, information will reside securely in the cloud and users will be able to access specific information based on assigned roles.
