RedMane Technology LLC, a Chicago-based software solutions and systems integration firm, was awarded a contract by Alaska’s Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), Division of Public Assistance (DPA) to provide ongoing maintenance of the state’s public assistance eligibility system.

The Alaska Integrated Eligibility Services (ARIES) system support contract involves RedMane working closely with Alaska technical and business staff to ensure the eligibility system is properly performing, meeting security requirements, compliant with governmental regulations, and continually enhanced to address state priorities. 

The ARIES system has over 400 internal users, an externally facing self-service portal, and a connection to the federally facilitated healthcare marketplace.  It currently issues MAGI Medicaid for over 200,000 Alaskans, and is growing to support all existing public assistance programs. 

RedMane will provide expertise to Alaska across cloud, agile, eligibility, project management, development, business analysis, user experience, security, and system administration, among other areas.
