Nicole Fuller, MSW has joined RedMane Technology to help RedMane clients transform their human services operations and modernize their technology to better strengthen families and protect children. 

She brings almost 25 years of experience in child welfare as a social worker, technology leader, and advisor at the state and federal levels.

Federal Child Welfare Expertise

Nicole most recently was a leader on a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) federal advisory team.  In that role, she provided child welfare program, policy, and systems integration expertise to the Children’s Bureau, a part of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Child Welfare System Implementation Expertise

Prior to her federal work, Nicole spent over 15 years at a large consulting firm helping state governments successfully implement child welfare solutions.  Her clients included Alabama, Delaware, Maryland, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., among others.  Nicole rose in the organization to principal and was recognized as a national child welfare practice leader.

Social Work and Public Sector Expertise

Nicole started her career as a therapeutic foster care social worker, before serving as the deputy chief information officer for Washington, D.C.’s child welfare agency.  She holds a Master of Social Work from Howard University.
