    Virginia Focuses on Families by Helping Staff be Fully Productive Everywhere

    Recent analysis by the QIC-WD indicates Virginia’s child welfare modernization, which includes equipping several thousand staff with RedMane’s mCase mobile solution, is freeing valuable caseworker time for more critical work and improving overall caseworker job satisfaction. The Quality Improvement Center for Workforce Development (QIC-WD) is funded by the Children’s Bureau at the Administration for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
