Microsoft Recognizes RedMane for Innovative and High Impact Human Services Solutions
RedMane Technology LLC today announced it has been named a finalist for the 2020 Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards in the Diversity and Inclusion Changemaker category for its work helping clients create sustainable impact in communities.
The company was honored among a global field of best-in-class Microsoft partners, with honorees chosen from more than 3,300 nominations from more than 100 countries worldwide.
The Microsoft award recognizes RedMane’s mCase solution, purpose-built to help human services organizations throughout North America protect children, strengthen families, address social determinants of health, and make communities safer.
Game Changer for Social Services
Through artificial intelligence, the cloud, and use of mobile technology, mCase gives caseworkers meaningful insight and expert guidance to improve critical decision making, eliminates painful manual work to allow more attention on those in need, and allows caseworkers to be fully productive in the field so they can better engage with clients.
“Since our founding, we have helped our clients help the vulnerable and marginalized,” said Tony Lakier, RedMane’s president. “This award demonstrates the power of our modern and mobile case management solution to address very real societal challenges in child welfare, health, and housing.”
“RedMane has a long track-record of helping human and social services organizations of all sizes transform their operations and improve client outcomes,” said Andy Pitman, Microsoft’s HHS Solutions Director. “RedMane is an outstanding partner. It is wonderful that Microsoft formally recognized RedMane’s impact helping at-risk groups.”
The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards are based on a firm’s commitment to customers, their solution’s impact on the market, and exemplary use of Microsoft technologies during the past year.
