A Native American Community Puts mCase Into Action

The Michigan-based Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi (NHBP) is live with RedMane’s mCase, the modern and mobile case management system.

The NHBP is using mCase for intake, investigations, ongoing case management, program and activity management, placement activities, adoption support, and tribal and state court services across child welfare, juvenile justice, and adult protection services.

With the go-live, the NHBP has streamlined its operations and reduced its reliance on paper-based processes. Staff have secure and intuitive access to client information.

As mCase is accessible from desktops, phones, and tablets, staff are as productive at a client’s home or school as they are in the office. Because mCase is cloud-based, the data is backed-up, secured to industry standards, and readily available.

The net result is that tribal social workers can focus more on supporting families and protecting those at risk.

The NHBP is leading the way with using technology to improve outcomes and help everyone in their community achieve their full potential. They join a growing list of indigenous groups throughout North America using mCase.
