Our completely configurable cloud-based no-code/low-code solution makes case management tasks faster and more efficient. It lets staff support their clients in the office and out in the community, using mobile devices and the web, while providing an easy-to-use and powerful case management solution. mCase supports all aspects of the case management life cycle, including intakes, assessments, eligibility determination, service planning, outcomes measurement and eventually, closure.

RedMane is the leading Cúram integrator in North America. We were the first to move Cúram to the cloud and the only firm to develop a Cúram module. We helped with U.S. Virgin Islands implement an integrated eligibility system, Puerto Rico rapidly implement a Medicaid system, and Missouri modernize and optimize its human services operations. We are working with everyone from states and provinces to federal governments transform their operations with Cúram.

RedMane uses numerous products to help clients improve decision making and obtain insight through analytics. We are skilled in Microsoft Power BI, SAS, and a host of other leading-edge tools. RedMane was a global finalist as a Microsoft partner and is a SAS Alliance Partner and a SAS Reseller.

RedMane has significant experience designing, building, and supporting .NET solutions. Our own mCase solution is built on the .NET architecture and runs in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. We work closely with many clients to create new Microsoft applications and are skilled with SQLServer and Power BI.

We work with Microsoft Azure and AWS to support clients throughout North America. Our cloud team has specialized expertise on provisioning and optimizing cloud environments, deploying and maintaining cloud applications, and transitioning on-premise applications to the cloud. Using our DevSecOps knowledge, we use repeatable and secure methods to keep applications performing at their best.

Similar to Alexa and Siri, we have developed a tool that caseworkers can speak to, and use to generate ad hoc reports. It responds to natural language inquiries such as “show me my cases that have been open for 30 days,” “show me my cases with two children” and many more.

To help caseworkers more accurately assess risk for children in their care, we are building a neural network observer that thinks like a human. After a specified number of cases are rated by humans, the network starts thinking and assessing risks like the human brain would, and will make its own suggestions.

Even when there’s no internet access, we enable your staff to work online and enter and save data, which is synced upon their return. Often, we extend enterprise software capability to include mobile platforms.
