  • WATCH HOW WE ROAR
    • When Hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana, we were asked to create reports and update the Child Support Database using USPS address forwarding information. This would help displaced parents receive their child support payment and other necessary documents, and give them uninterrupted service amidst the chaos. We knew our team made a difference.

    • RedMane has helped me grow in many ways. I have learned that it is important to treat people with the same respect and professional courtesy that I would like to receive. I have learned to set goals, always reach for more and never become complacent. I have learned to always go that extra mile.

    • We developed an automated process to help the Hawaii Child Support Enforcement Agency recover money that was sent in error. This was a highly collaborative design process with the state. It was great to see this process work successfully, and it was easy to see its effectiveness in time saved and money collected.

Opportunities to interact with all types of customers reinforce the importance of listening and responding to customer challenges before designing innovative, appropriate solutions.
